5. Together - F&B (4), S2S (4), Lunges (2)
6. High knee running - arms out front (16 counts)
7. High knee running - arms above head (16 counts)
8. Together - F&B (4), StS (4) Lunge (2), High knee (arms out 8 counts, up 8 counts)
9. Butt Kickers (16 counts)
10. Together - F&B (4), S2S (4), Lunde (2), High knee (out 8, up 8), Butt kicker (8 counts)
REPEAT
